In depth

Verdict

Ground conditions are a slight concern but Out The Glen has the stand-out form in this having won in a higher grade at Huntingdon last month. A former pointer, his proven stamina should be an asset. Kestrel Valley has probably produced his best efforts on heavy going but over 2m. TARA WELL has her ground again and is well treated nowadays. She was well backed when third at Uttoxeter last month and recoup losses. Vif Argent gets blinkers today but it looks a last resort as his losing run now stretches back to 2015.
