In depth

Verdict

AIGLE DE LA SEE had a host of previous winners in his wake when making a winning start for the Henderson yard in a class 3 novices' handicap at Sandown. He'll be a short price to follow up here despite giving 4lb to course winner Clyne, who is also open to improvement. Ballyrath will appreciate the longer trip on his hurdling debut and is preferred to the Peter Bowen pair Curious Carlos and Kinari.
