    Verdict

LA VILLE LUMIERE can make experience count and should be able to see off Cheetah and Chain Of Office. Godolphin's juveniles continue in good heart and the daughter of Rahy ran a respectable enough race at Leicester to suggest that she is worth persevering with. Cheetah looks as if a mile will be plenty sharp enough on breeding. If she achieves anything today, it will pale into insignificance as to what she will show next season. Chain Of Office was tried in a decent Newmarket maiden over seven furlongs. The bookmakers are unlikely to be offering such fancy prices today. Lovely Eyes is a half-sister to The Geezer though this line has had juvenile winners in the past. Nefyn is related to a number of milers though her dam has produced nothing of note. Lost Horizon's debut effort was recorded on soft going so it remains to be seen as to what to anticipate on this surface. Jasmeno was a real bargain basement purchase at 1200 pounds. La Ville Lumiere has plenty to like at this level and can continue Godolphin's rich run of form with their juveniles.
