MAXWIL can get off the mark at the third attempt here; Starluck and Rock Me are the likliest two to trouble him while Laterly is an interesting recruit to hurdling. Maxwil did not appear to stay the trip first time out but put that effort behind him with a good second at Kempton behind Saticon, who despite not franking the form at Cheltenham on Saturday looks an above average sort. Starluck landed a gamble for connections last time at Huntingdon. He was a capable flat perfromer in Ireland and is clearly going the right way while Tuanku, who finished second to him last time ran respectably at Cheltenham on Saturday. Laterly was verging on listed class on the flat and if taking to jumping is a contender while Rock Me has all important experience but could struggle to concede the weight to classier rivals. Maxwil is selected to win on his third start over obstacles.
