In depth

Verdict

GAMAIN (NAP) had been showing promise prior to rallying well to score over course and distance last month. He's only 2lb higher and Jamie Bargary takes off 5lb so he looks the one to beat. Emerald Rose failed in her hat-trick bid here in December when beaten 11 lengths by Noble Legend. But the winner has reverted to type since and Julian Smith's mare is 6lb better off and should again beat third Wings Attract. Ballyadeen would need to be on a going day and Harristown is hard to fancy at this level.
