A wide open contest rounds off the card and many would have chances on there best form but the principals look to be Stocking Island, Reverse Swing and Ngauruhoe and the tentative vote is given to Stocking island. The selection was slightly disappointing in a much better race last time out but prior to that she had been in good form. This looks easier and under conditions that suit she will be hard to beat. Reverse Swing rates the main danger on his latest seventh behind Jodante. That form looks rock solid and if putting her best foot forward she will not be far away. Ngauruhoe is another worthy of respect on her latest third behind Heathcote especially as the drop in trip should suit. Of the remainder Princesse Grec has dropped to a handy mark and could go well at a price but she has been woefully out of form of late and with this in mind for the winner we return to Stocking Island.
