Verdict

HUJAYLEA cost her supporters when a beaten favourite at Leopardstown but can make amends here. Mick Halford's filly came with a late run but was unable to peg back Royal Astronomer and may lay up closer to the pace this time. Spelterini is undoubtedly progressing but appeared to need every yard of the Curragh's 1m4f trip last time. However, she's the only three-year-old here and it would be no surprise to see her land the spoils. Ask Jack was behind Hujaylea at Leopardstown and there's no reason why he should reverse the form while Monteriggioni doesn't win very often and is still on a high enough mark.
