Gordon Elliott has won the last two and has three entries and both Or Jaune De Somoza and Bel Ami De Sivola have course and distance victories to their credit. The former is having his first run for the yard after transferring from Henry De Bromhead and looks best of the pair but the stable may have a better chance with Timoteo, a dual winner over fences for Alan King, who will be better for a recent run at Down Royal. Paloma Blue couldn't handle Grade 3 company at Gowran after scoring at Wexford but his overall form puts him right in the picture while Impact Factor had some smart novice form early last year and was conceding 13lb when runner-up to SNUGSBOROUGH HALL (NAP) in a Grade B handicap at Punchestown. The latter has been lightly-raced subsequently with two of his three runs having been over hurdles and he looks to have been laid out for this. Kildorrery looks reasonably handicapped at his best and his rider's claim is a bonus while Us And Them has generally performed at a higher level.
