In depth

Verdict

Der Spieler was in excellent form at this time a year ago finishing runner-up in two Grade races. He has performed moderately since including over fences and needs to get back to form in this company. Ross Na Righ deservedly won a maiden at Killarney before disappointing behind Jim Will Fix It over 2m4f at Ballinrobe but Savello continues to make good progress and beat Changing Times comfortably at Wexford with the remainder well behind. STAYING ARTICLE won a Punchestown bumper on his racecourse debut last October by 14l and followed up in a huge field of maiden hurdlers at Naas. Runner-up that day, Rivage D'Or, is a useful performer and Edward O'Grady's charge can remain unbeaten. Organisedconfusion is better known as a chaser and has run just twice over timber but his narrow defeat by Ruler Of All at Gowran was a cracking effort and he should win some good races this season.
