Verdict

This may have attracted a big field but they are a mainly modest bunch on the evidence so far. Fanfaron Dino is a possible exception having finished second when favourite for a Ffos Las bumper last month. The yard also run Gustavian, who has found only one too good in bumper at Chepstow and Ffos Las. CHEZ CASTEL MAIL blew up approaching the last when making his hurdling debut at Ffos Las following a lengthy absence. He was well supported that day and better is expected with that run under his belt. Points winner Carlow Farmer has the champion on board as he makes his debut under Rules and that suggests he’ll be fit enough after a long break. Jockey bookings suggest Flou Artsistique is preferred to debutante Sexy Lot.
