Verdict

Small field are the norm today but this is an interesting little contest. Paul Nicholls saddled Mr Mole to win this last year and though Solar Impulse is probably not in that class he will strip fitter for his run at Haydock. Cash And Go had useful form last season when the fences didn't get in the way and Kylemore Lough was impressive over a longer trip at Uttoxeter and is less exposed than his rivals. DUNRAVEN STORM looks the one to beat, however, as this is probably his easiest task of the season so far. He won a beginners' chase over track and trip last year and has been quite highly tried since.
