In depth

Verdict

SOMETHINABOUTANGELA was arguably an unlucky loser at Hexham last week. The better ground here will aid her cause and compensation awaits. Rosserk Abbey was still in front when falling at the second-last at Newton Abbot and could finish ahead of eventual third Hot Ryan with a clear round today. Nifty At Fifty travelled strongly when well backed at Southwell nine days ago and was only beaten a neck and the returning Fawsley Spirit and Only Gorgeous could also figure if fully wound up.
