Verdict

Martin Pipe runs three in this amateur riders event Honan, Downtherefordancin and Dinarelli, we will give the vote to the first named, Devito may do best of the remainder. The selection is not the most consistent of performers but his recent third behind Tighe Caster at Sandown is the best recent form on show. The winner put in another good showing over the weekend so the form looks very solid and Honan can take car of this modest bunch. Downtherefordancin put in his best performance for some time when a close up fourth behind Pequenita and should be capable of making the frame. Meanwhile Devito comes here on the back of a claiming victory at Leicester and will appreciate any further rain. Jonjo O'Neill's Jones's Road would be a major threat if the yard was back on song, but with no evidence of a recovery we have to pass on this one, and so we return to Honan as our idea of the winner.
