Verdict

It's difficult to make a case for either Ballyegan or Ukrainian Star in this grade while Ballyhilty Bridge takes a steep rise in class after finishing second at Newton Abbot in September. WIDE RECEIVER started last season on a 46lb lower mark but never stopped improving and likes soft ground. He made mistakes and was pulled up on his reappearance at Cheltenham but that should have blown away a few cobwebs and Charlie Longsdon's stayer can come good again here. That'lldoboy was in good form around this time last year but 3m on soft going may stretch his stamina and Mohayer lost his way in the second half of last season. Swincombe Rock and Richard's Sundance are also best watched while Inside Dealer and Magical Legend look to be back in the handicapper's grip.
