Verdict

Morning Herald was third under a penalty at Kempton after scoring at Ludlow so is entitled to respect but she shouldn't find it easy giving 7lb to AVISPA if Alan King's mare runs anywhere near her best. The latter wasn't disgraced in a Listed handicap at Newbury on her latest start and has been placed in five of her eight hurdle starts, nearly all in better company than this. Time Is Money showed very little on her hurdling debut in October so What A Saga may be a better long-term prospect having already been placed twice in point-to-points.
