Verdict

This speedier track will suit CANDYS GIRL and she might take some beating. Michael Bell's daughter of Bertolini was surprisingly sent to Carlisle last month and she ran well but was just outstayed late on. This filly can make amends today by following in her mother's footsteps and winning as a two-year-old. Marina Belle needs to improve after a break for the longer trip and a bigger threat might be Night Carnation who looked all over the winner at Chester but faded into third; her yard have a profitable 20% strike-rate with their juveniles here this season. Piece Of Mind is considered following a solid Warwick run, whilst Silca Conegliano doesn't set the highest of standards but her experience should stand her in good stead around this track.
