Verdict

Mr Tambourine Man looks capable of finishing the card off in style for us, with Burning Moon and Woody Valentine others for the short list. The selection goes well over this 10 furlong trip, as evidenced by his head defeat of Hawkit at Windsor last time out. Also suited by ground on the fast side of good, conditions are right for him, and he looks capable of better than some of his previous runs had suggested with things his way. Paul Cole's yard have been in better form of late and so he is taken to follow up. Burning Moon is not well in at the weights with the selection, but can still go well. Stepped up to this trip at Newcastle last time he went very well on soft ground to beat Summer Bounty by five lengths. Back on faster ground he is a bit of an unknown quantity, but he does not run as though he will be unduly inconvenienced and can again run well. Woody Valentine had winning form on both fast and heavy ground, so there should be no such fears with him. Back up to 10 furlongs here he will be more at home than the shorter trip he has tried lately, but he does look to be weighted up to the hilt and a place may be the bet he can hope for. The selection then, is Mr Tambourine Man to finish the card on a winning note.
