In depth

Verdict

ALONG THE SHORE came with a late burst to beat Danequest over 1m3f at Limerick but couldn't quite repeat that effort over this trip at the Curragh three days later. She can race from a lower mark than that victory so should get back on the winning trail. Danequest can go close again, though without reversing the form, and Ondamoura could prove more of a threat. He's still a maiden but has gone close in three of his last four starts and will be winning soon. Brokopondo is still 12lb higher than his victory at Gowran in June but Raydari has slipped to a winnable mark and should be ending a long losing run soon.
