Verdict

WAR ROOM won this a year ago and, though unsuccessful since, looked back to his best when runner-up to Keukenhof last month and can complete a double in the event from just 4lb higher. The winner has since been beaten at Leopardstown but is better on this surface. Balmont Blast is two from six at the track though hasn't run since March and Fairy Foxglove's two all-weather victories have been on Tapeta. The latter has won at Naas recently when Rose Angel was behind, though Peter Casey's mare is much better on this track.
