Annexation would probably have found a mile on the short side last month but came with a late run to snatch the spoils close home. The longer trip will but he's 8lb higher and this is much tougher. WHITE MARLIN was well supported when making a successful debut in a course and distance maiden last month and an official mark of 80 looks manageable while Lord Mczie stepped up to 1m2f last month and gained a surprise victory. The latter is only up 4lb but his rider claims 6lb less so this looks a stiff task. Jake Peter has won over the trip but is better over further and House Of Kings looks to have a better chance from the bottom of the handicap. He's been narrowly beaten over the extended 1m2f track the last twice and has no problems with the extra.
