Verdict

Tony Carroll had three entries at the five-day stage and relies on Oeil De Tigre, three times a winner on Turf in France and not disgraced in much better company than this on soft going for new connections. Bubbly Bellini has also generally raced at a higher level and has a dozen victories to his credit. But he usually needs his first run back after a break and may be seen to better advantage at the Curragh next month. Almadaa has been running well without quite getting there but is much better handicapped on Turf, though he was a long way behind Chillie Billie at Listowel in September. The Islander is still running poorly so it's HAVE A GREAT DAY who looks the one to be on. Andy Oliver's charge was returning from a 14-month lay-off when cantering all over a poor field of maidens last week and is probably better than a 78-rated sprinter.
