Verdict

Equation Of Time went up 14lb for scoring here in September but came good again a month ago. He's gone up another 8lb and will find this more demanding. Cheers Buddy has been going well enough to be a threat but has suffered in the ratings accordingly. Dancing Cosmos beat the consistent Victor's Beach here in December and should make the frame though it's FLEET CAPTAIN who is handed the vote. He carried a big weight to victory here in November and has performed with credit in two subsequent runs and didn't get much of a run behind Captain Cullen last time so it would be no surprise to see him turn the tables.
