Kimbay won the opening race here a year ago then won three of her next four so has to be considered from her lowly spot in the handicap. Ardhoomey has been competing at a high level since his maiden success in May and wasn't beaten far in a better handicap here in July. Togoville was in tremendous form at the turn of the year though this will be his first start over the minimum after 23 runs. Dark Alliance has also only raced over further but has produced a couple of smart performances and will be a threat though it's PRINCE CONNOISSEUR, twice a winner on the track, who can get back on the winning trail after just failing to hold off Sors here last month.
