Maura's Gift went up 6lb for winning here in November, when Mosaaheb was behind, but didn't run as well on her next start. NEVER MISTABEAT scored twice here in 2021 and was having his first start for over a year when third last month so can start making up for lost time. Zonik would have to be considered if getting a run from his reserve spot while Eastern Tornado is one to consider. A winner over the track and trip in November, the latter then found the extended 1m2f trip too short on a return visit.
