Eastern Rules, twice a winner over a mile here, made a promising comeback last month but could have done without a 3lb rise. Tsar Paul doesn't win often but generally runs well here and he's gone close on both starts this year. INDIANA CHARMER has done very well since dropping in trip and scored over a mile here last time for which a 6lb rise shouldn't prevent a follow-up. Phils Wish had run well at Wolverhampton before returning here and producing his best effort to date while Lift The Gloom has form good enough for this but has a long absence to overcome.
