Verdict

Abundantly was only beaten a length-and-a-half on his reappearance at Windsor and has to go on the short-list here. Presto Volante did well in the second half of last season, winning over track and trip and at Salisbury. He might be worth following once he's had a run or two while Kayalar, Boston Blue, Taste The Wine and William Hogarth have all been hurdling and shouldn't fail through lack of fitness. But TAFAWUK looks the one to beat after recording a comfortable first success at Leicester - he can improve again to defy his penalty.
