Verdict

Daisy Mountain has never won on the surface but could hardly be in better shape having won very easily at Gowran a month ago for which she has a massive 13lb rise to contend with. Whitethorne Scent is still a maiden but was only caught close home by Stronger Than Me over the C&D last week and would be a real threat to all with a repeat. SAMOLLIE was in excellent form over the C&D in the spring, winning twice and finishing runner-up twice. His recent runs have been on Turf and back on his favourite surface and on a fair mark he's taken to score again. Wild China hasn't had much experience of the surface but wasn't beaten far over the C&D in August and can race from a 2lb lower mark so with Danny Mullins' claim taken into account he doesn't look badly treated.
