In depth

Verdict

Whatever It Takes had been racing over timber before reverting to the Flat with a very good run over 2m1f at Wexford. He has won over the track and trip but may find it on the short side these days. MALLORY HEIGHTS has two all-weather victories in the UK to his credit and returned to form at Roscommon on Sunday. He was behind Scenic Star when Gavin Cromwell's charge made all for a surprise victory at Down Royal last month but is in better form now and can gain revenge and land this. Best Kept Secret has been running poorly and has yet to reach a place in three starts here but the lightly-raced Chicago Dancer may do better now stepped up in trip.
