Verdict

RAMBLING DANCER is in cracking form and has scored on the surface. She was caught on the line by Buaiteoir on her latest visit and a 2lb pull plus Pat Smullen's stronger handling may be enough to turn the tables and take this competitive affair. Queen Commander ran reasonably on her only start on the surface here in May and has looked an improved performer on her last two runs, the latest when a close fourth in a big field at the Curragh. Star Links' only success in 25 starts came at Lingfield so he has no problems with the surface and he's dropped to what looks a fair mark nowadays. Captain Henry's only Polytrack run resulted in a course and distance victory over King Of Aran here in August and he failed to handle soft ground at Listowel last time.
