Jaunty Warrior was purchased by Gordon Elliott after winning a bumper at Ffos Las back in 2017 and now wears the Gigginstown colours. He’s not made the track since though it would be no surprise to see him thereabouts on his hurdling bow. But a couple of these have the more recent form including City Limits, who found only Hello Pilgrim too good in a maiden at Sligo and the latter was due to run in the previous race on today’s card. He has the beating of Balgowlah and Premier D'troice on these terms but CASTLE CANNY is less exposed. The latter gave the impression this extra distance would suit when going close over 2m3f here last time and is taken to go one better.
