In depth

Verdict

King Malik is improving but a penalty for his bumper success at Fairyhouse won't aid his cause, a remark that also applies to the mare Some Fiddle. Somethingdifferent has been going well enough on soft ground to suggest he'll be thereabouts but Celtic Cailin didn't appear to handle the soft ground at Clonmel after a fine run over the C&D when just touched off by The Amarillo Kid. He'd be an obvious threat to all if able to repeat that run but WALL STREET WALLY is probably the better option. Noel Meade's charge had shown promise in bumpers and showed that there was a race in him over hurdles with an excellent second to Chase The Favorite at Kilbeggan and normal progress will see him difficult to beat.
