Verdict

On The Verge represents Willie Mullins and will obviously attract support despite the fact that owner's son JP Magnier hasn't ridden a winner for a very long time. Andy Oliver has a couple of runners and JABUS, runner-up to Roisin Dubh at Kilbeggan, is given the nod with progress a near certainty. Glenconkeyne finished runner-up to the high-class Pique Sous on his debut and didn't handle the faster ground at Galway though that was a better race. He's definitely on the short-list as is the recent point-to-point import Touch The Wind.
