In depth

Verdict

This shouldn't take much winning and gives COTTERSROCK a good opportunity to go one better than his close second to Lockeen Girl at Kilbeggan where he was conceding 9lb to the winner. Lord De Beaufai ran well when narrowly beaten at Downpatrick then ran poorly on a return visit where he was beaten a long way. Forgotten Soldier led for a long way in a better race at Galway before fading and was passed by Rio Delalago, who was showing her first sign of ability and who could provide the main threat.
