He's only run on heavy going so far but ,providing he acts in tonight's conditions, his close second at Wexford should be good enough. Desir Du Large was beaten a long way when runner-up at Roscommon but The Abbey wasn't beaten far at Punchestown last week and wouldn't need much more to get involved. Banno has disappointed after a decent start but any money for Noel Meade's newcomer Kearney would be worth noting as he's a half-brother to an all-weather winner and out of a mare who won on the Flat.
