Verdict

John Oxx has won the last three of these so SINDJARA is taken to keep up the sequence. A comfortable maiden winner at Dundalk in December, she didn't reappear until fourth in a strong handicap at the Curragh where she led for a long way. That looked like an appetiser for this and she looks well enough treated. Strandfield Lady heads the older brigade and she arrives in great heart having won comfortably at Leopardstown on Thursday. However, she was behind Jazz Girl in a Navan handicap last month and the latter is better off a the weights. Mojita was a disappointing favourite that day but has bounced back and has a good chance at these revised weights while the progressive Livia Galilei won't have any problems dropping back in trip after her victory over 1m4f at the Curragh as she led a long way out on that occasion.
