Verdict

Celtic Dane is hardly consistent but won this a year ago from just 1lb lower and a big run is likely providing the ground stays fast. However, NORTHGATE, who finished runner-up, looks to have been primed to go one better and he could repay each-way support at a big price. False Economy had been in good form over hurdles before scoring over 1m6f at Leopardstown and he's only 5lb higher while Force Of Habit has been racing over trips too short and is closely matched with Denny Crane, who beat him into third place at Dundalk last November. Table Mountain is progressing nicely though some cut in the ground would be a big help while Clare Glen has been hit with a 10lb rise for an easy victory at the Curragh. Banksters Bonus lacks experience but was a very close fourth behind Laughing in a Listed contest at Leopardstown last week and must enter the equation.
