Verdict

MISSUNITED has now won seven of her 12 career starts and been runner-up in three others. She followed a comfortable victory over hurdles at Galway by scoring on the Flat at Listowel then finishing runner-up in the Irish Cesarewitch. She fully deserves a crack at this level and can justify the step-up in grade though Mulleady is a worthy opponent. She took some time to get her act together but was an impressive winner at Limerick last time and there's more to come. Thynetocatcher, a point-to-point and Listed bumper winner, gained her only success so far over timber when tackling 2m4f and she may find a couple of these too quick. Top Madam has won three times over timber and has been keeping good company but she was 4l behind Missunited at Listowel in June though she was a long way in front of Miss Penny Pincher in a Kilbeggan bumper the previous month.
