Verdict

KALANITI, the only winner on show, accordingly concedes weight all round. She's improved run-by-run and showed a good attitude to her work when scoring at Musselburgh. She seems sure to run her race and could well offer a touch of value against rivals from more fashionable yards. Kir Royal does rate a major danger though for Alan King after a pleasing Newbury debut, whilst it would come as no surprise to see either or both of Little Acorn and Miss Spent come on for debuts of promise for Harry Fry and Lucy Wadham respectively. As always in such contests, keep and eye on the market.
