Kalondra has been in good form on quickish ground over the summer but today's easier going is a concern, though he finished ahead of Apple Of Our Eye and Very First Time at Wetherby last month. Cobra De Mai ran well over this trip at Newbury in the spring and was a fair fourth on his reappearance at Chepstow. He's receiving weight all round and Bridget Andrews takes off a further 3lb so he's a danger. PRAIRIE TOWN was a staying-on second over 2m at Sandown and finished eight lengths ahead of the re-opposing Paddys Runner, who is only 3lb better off. A return to a longer trip will suit and Tony Carroll's charge can go one better here.
