Verdict

Theos Lolly bids to win this for the Fahey team for a third year running. Placed efforts at Pontefract and Ayr have worked out well and he was headed right on the line in a maiden at Wolverhampton on his latest start. But SCRUTINEER looks the one to be on as he bolted up at Nottingham following a promising debut at Ripon and has more scope. Desert Ruler has won his last two at Ayr and York in the style of an improver and is preferred to stablemate Harry Speed. Daleelak finally came good at Musselburgh last time but is possibly a few pounds too high.
