Verdict

THE KID won over today’s trip in a seller at Catterick last month and ran well again over 1m4f last time. He may prove good enough. Brittleton is back on a winning mark though never threatened when placed at Newbury while Carpe Vita remains 12lb higher than last year’s win at Redcar. Bertie Moon is also 9lb higher than his earlier success over 1m2f here under today’s apprentice but Lungarno Palace has slipped back down to a decent mark if rediscovering his best.
