In depth

Verdict

Rawdon, Viable and Faversham are the ones to look at here, with VIABLE the selection. Faversham won well at Bangor and was third in a follow up attempt next time. He is running well in a race where many of his rivals are out of form, but 7lbs higher here he has to improve again. Rawdon had little chance behind the well handicapped Circus Rose last time, but kept on to take third, and dropped 2lbs here, has been given a chance by the handicapper. After a good second at Towcester, Viable was given a chance over fences last time, finishing a modest third and reverts back to the smaller obstacles now. His run at Towcester had a subsequent winner in Faversham in behind, and he is only a pound higher here. Viable can come out on top in a weak finale.
