In depth

Verdict

Kie has already won easily at Kelso and Musselburgh, while Royal Bonsai is chasing a hat-trick after back-to-back wins at Market Rasen and Haydock. Both should run their race again but have to give weight unexposed Newbury second Ranjaan and Eagle Rock, who won over 1m4f on the Flat and only found the more experience Countrywide Flame too good on his debut at Sedgefield. SCHOOL FOR SCANDAL took a while to warm to his task at Wetherby but drew clear after the last and will have learned from the experience. That was his first run since April so he should also strip fitter here and may prove hard to beat.
