A smaller field than at York and perhaps a chance for DUBAWI GOLD to stride out from the front. Michael Dods' colt was an eye-catcher when ridden by Kieren Fallon as he got no sort of run and was then eased down late on. On his earlier form at Epsom and Royal Ascot he rates a big player so better is anticipated this afternoon with the yard in better form. Choose Wisely looks a real five furlong horse, and along with Katell is fairly readily passed over. Of more interest is Barefoot Lady who won going away at Beverley and although she didn't impress everyone at the breeze-up sales, the 30,000 Euros paid for her looks money well spent. Of the rest the filly Admirable Spirit might appreciate a return to a straight sprint course, but the rest look likely to be outclassed with the exception of Belle Bayardo although he has something to prove over this trip.
