Topton, three pounds higher for a good Newmarket second to Inverness, can land an open affair at the expense Smart Predator, with Lafi the dark horse in the race. Unscrupulous is hard to assess on the back of three runs, as is Lafi, on the back of a Pontefract maiden win on only his second start. True Knight is back on a winning mark, as is Smart Predator, who comes here in good form. There are plenty of others in with chances but Topton can step up on that Newmarket run.
