In depth

Verdict

A variety of abilities here but the experienced Pat Taafe has picked up a nice ride on DARKENED, a winner over hurdles at the Galway Festival and placed a couple of times on soft ground on the Flat recently. Global Equity hasn't been in the best of form over jumps since landing a novices' chase at Galway a year ago but High Altitude has managed to win five races including on soft ground. Rebel Early has won in testing conditions over hurdles.
