After a terrific third to Canford Cliffs in the Queen Anne at Ascot, CITYSCAPE had to wait a month for the ground to come right only to finish well behind Immortal Verse at Deauville. This is much easier and Roger Charlton's charge will take the beating if running anywhere near his best. Across The Rhine beat Future Generation over 7f here in July and the latter subsequently won a Group 3 at Leopardstown with Emiyna and Hujaylea behind. Wild Wind finished runner-up at this track to Bible Belt, who runs in the previous race, with One Spirit well beaten before struggling in Group 1 company last time and Taameer doesn't look good enough.
