In depth

Verdict

Jim Bolger won this last year and has the consistent Intense Stylist engaged this time though she's still a maiden and was a long way behind TRUFFLES at Fairyhouse last month. The winner has gone up a massive 12lb but beat a big field in very taking fashion and can defy the extra. Texas Rock and Fit For Function have been in good form, though the former was behind Great Wide Open earlier when Have A Nice Day split the pair. There's very little between any of them on the revised terms while Feeling Easy beat a big field over the course and distance last month, though would enjoy some cut in the ground. Michael Halford has his horses in good form so Chestnut Fire could reward each-way support at a decent price.
