Verdict

Jukebox Jury has justified his trainer's high opinion of him this year, winning a Listed race at Newmarket on his reappearance and making all in a Group 2 over 1m7f at Deauville last month when Red Cadeaux was behind. In between, he probably found the ground too firm when only third at Goodwood and Mark Johnston's grey looks the main danger to FAME AND GLORY. Jamie Spencer is 3-3 on this season's Ascot Gold Cup winner and back on board after the five-year-old was surprisingly beaten by Fictional Account in his prep race over C&D last month. That run should have blown away any cobwebs and expect a much better showing on today's easier ground. Duncan has proved he stays the trip this year but clearly didn't get home over 2m4f at Ascot. He's gone close over 2m at York since, however, so there's no reason why he won't be in the firing-line here, especially if the pace isn't strong.
