In depth

Verdict

Sailors Warn has generally competed at a higher level on the Flat and over timber and his victory over Thousand Stars at Leopardstown in March was an excellent performance. INIS MEAIN is another who is dropped in class and his two latest runs on the Flat have been in Listed company. He won a handicap hurdle on heavy going at Navan in February and today's conditions are ideal so he gets the nod. Bentelimar has gone from winning a bumper and a maiden hurdle to completing a hat-trick in novice company but faces a tougher test on his handicap debut. Battling Boru is in good form at present and should be capable of handling a 5lb rise for his battling victory at Galway last month. Rory O'Moore has won first time back in the past so the lack of a recent run shouldn't be a problem and he'll enjoy the conditions.
